My complaint:
I want to start out by saying I love McDonald’s. I come here constantly; hence, spending a lot of money. That’s why it’s frustrating that when I order iced coffees they have given me iced tea instead. It’s even worse when they do it when I am redeeming my free coffee reward.
Suggested solution:
I would really appreciate a gift card or reimbursement.
