My complaint:
EVERY TIME I go to drive through the make you pay then give you your drinks and the you have to pull up in a busy parking lot and wait in traffic for someone to come out with your food. The last time someone hit my truck while I was waiting on my food and was told it was my fault since I was waiting on my food. I went to this McDonalds for 35 years( even worked there when I was 14) and never had to pull up and wait. Now its every time I go. Every car has to pull up so they can clear the time a d make it seem like they severed cars fast.
Suggested solution:
Give me my food at the window
