My complaint:
I was treated with upmost disrespect.by the floor manager.I asked to use the toilet and was told I couldn’t. Then another person was allowed so I thought it was ok and on the way to the toilet I was shouted at and told to leave without my food ..another employee gave me my food and the floor manager through my sugar and sauce at me …when I asked to complain she covered her name tag and her coleague bullied me into leaving the premises i didn’t want to make a big deal about it but I think it was wrong how I was treat I think you need to reassess her job title as a floor manager as she is a bully and she needs some help .
