My complaint:
Hi team,
Yesterday I went McDonald with my parents and ordered two medium combos however they charged for tomato ketchup for the burger? Even there is nothing mentioned as such when I have asked to manager to show. Second they have not put cap in my cold drink even I have to insist in this covid period.
Suggested solution:
Team don't make these nonsense charges for tomato ketchup which is free and if you go to local market they never charge u for these smaller things
