My complaint:

Earlier this week , Monday I think., My 85 yr old husband and my son stopped at the restaurant and ordered 2 breakfast meals to go. When they arrived home they found they did not receive 2 breakfast meals ,instead there were some sandwichs they did not order. The next day they stopped back and placed an order for breakfast meals, hoping to get the meals, including pancakes and asked to talk to the manager. The manager yelled at my husband telling him to read something on the window , which was partly covered, so he didn’t know what she was talking about. This ended to a shouting match because my husband did not know if she could hear through his mask. she did not let my husband to pay for the second breakfast that they had just ordered, so they never got the second try at getting breakfast either. he never got his money back for a 7 and a 3 meals that mc donalds shorted them after they paid mcdonalds for the two breakfast meals that mcdonald’s shorted them. our son and husband drove three blocks down the street to Hardees restaurant where they were greeted by a polite staff of workers and paid for and received better food than they had ever received at mcdonalds. therefore, they want to say thanks for the extremely bad food and bad treatment that mcdonalds provided them on what is probably their last trip to a mcdonalds restaurant.
