My complaint:
My name is Fouzia mush raw. My husband ordered macdonald Big Mac with beef today on April 29 ,2021 and it was for my kids as they fast in Ramadan month . We ordered at 4:24 pm at branch 26005. We came home and waited to open the fast till 8.25pm. My kids started eating and my elder son noticed that there are crispy bacon in that. It was a wrong order for a Muslim family totally unacceptable for our religion. My kids felt bad even the younger one vomited. We went back to the store to complain. They called a lady their Managua who had manager batch and she apologized and then said give me a minute and then another lady came and she was not a good person and was not cooperative. She checked the order and agreed that this is a quarter pounder not the Big Mac . I can only give you coupons or you can go anywhere and complain. We can not help you. We asked her to write something for us that you have checked and it’s a wrong order even my husband requested many times for that please give us only beef as we are Muslim.
Suggested solution:
No they were not helpful even it was disrespectful and disappointing behaviour that they insulted our religion by only saying we can not do anything.
