Complaint: Rude customer service

My complaint:

I frequently go to this place every morning after 4 am for breakfast. There is an employee that works there which is a lady that is nothing but rude on the speaker all the way to getting your food at the drive through. Then I witnessed this morning of her hitiing the touch screen inside very hard and using vulgar language as well. This attitude has happened numerous times and it’s like the customers are nothing but an inconvenience to her simply because she has to perform her job. I do not know the employees name because they do not wear a badge. To top it off, I’ve had several occasions of my food being wrong as I’m commuting to work or it’s like it’s literally been thrown in the bag. The service along with the attitude has made want to take my business elsewhere !!! The mcdonald’s in Troy Ohio is nothing remotely like this !!!

Suggested solution:

Personally the conduct and attitude would warrant me to fire her on the spot if I was in charge.
