McDonalds complaint: Extremely rude no refund was given food was horrible

My complaint:

I came to drive thur I ordered waited on my order over 15 min I finally get it it’s super cold the plain chicken sandwich I got tasted like complete cardboard hard even the bun was horrible fries extremely cold chicken nuggets hard as a rock I turn around sent my daughter in to get it fresh the Manager Bridget said they only had one cook so she guess they was going to be hard and nasty it was still disgusting my daughter came back out I told her to go back in to get a refund she then tells my daughter no refund because she works there then proceed to go back through drive-through when I get to drive through the first window where you pay the guy that was there taking the orders ask Bridget the manager to come to the window she replied what he said customers want you she said she was waiting on the other customers what she tells us to pull up she said because my daughter work there she could not refund friends family parents siblings no refund and she told me if I would have read the handbook I would get it no refunds to family I accept for corporate number she told me to get it off the window she’s very rude she doesn’t care if the customers hear her say the things that she say

Suggested solution:

She needs to be fired she is making the corporate business look bad if you have to wait over 15 minutes for food and it still come out disgusting fire the manager no one should be talked to the way she talk to teenagers the way she talk to customers the only thing I wanted was my refund for eight dollars and some change Why would I really want food that I sent back twice and it still come out disgusting
