My complaint:
I have ordered 3 Mc Flurries with extra topping. I have been charged for 6 ketchup sauces while making my order via drive through. When received my order, there was no extra topping, but i received the 6 ketchup sauces that i have not asked for.
Suggested solution:
How about you add the option of EXTRA TOPPING into your system ? As long as the order says Ketchup, the person preparing my order won’t do anything differently !
