My complaint:
On 102720 about 12:30 pm. I entered McDonalds three people were standing by the outside window all three looked at me and continued what they were doing. One employee went to the back of the store. I waited a few more minutes while looking towards the outside window. An older worker told one young lady you have a customer. I waited a while and nobody came to assist me. The the employee who went in the back came back. AS he came back he looked at me again. I waited no assistance. I then stated hello -ooo. The gentleman that came from the back of the store and hollured wait a minute, I am just seeing you. This was not true. I responded what about the customer, he responded again wait a minute. I asked what his name was he responded have a nice day. I then said it is people like you that give us a bad name, you are ignorant, he replied again you have a nice day. I then responded I am going to report you. He again responded have a nice day. This gentleman was tall and African American. This conduct is unbecoming of any employee that serves the public, let along a manager. This same situation has happened at this location previously by the same manager and staff.
Suggested solution:
Instruct this manager and staff regarding appropriate behavior to McDonolds customers. This has happen to me twice at this location. How many more has it happened to.
