My complaint:
why is the mostly afternoon shift at this location so rude? I am at this location several times a wek. I had my young Dauhter in the car, When we pulled up to the pick-up window I asked for a couple of extra packets of Ketchup. The girl at the window said (in a nasty voice), WHAT? I asked very nicely again and she rolled her eyes at me and leanded on the counter and just looked up. I told her to forget about it! Is this the type of service McDonalsd wants? Little kids see this!
