My complaint:
They sent me to a reserved parking stall 1 waited 20 minutes and the worker taking out the food asked me if certain orders were mine and they were not so I didn’t take them but not once did she bother to ask me what I was waiting for or my recipe which I had right in my hand I don’t understand the service or the lack of careness for ones order I felt so stupid and uncared for I almost lost my appetite to the point were I just wanted my money back I’m glad I wasn’t on my way to work because I would have been late it was my worst experience at a fast food.
Suggested solution:
By paying more attention to detail and communication and also stop giving away orders to the wrong people you guys should only ask people to go to a reserve stall for big orders not no lousy to sausage McMuffins and a small soda horrible.
