My complaint:
Well I have now been to Maccas on my way home later at night and tried to get a thick shake only to be told that we dontaren’t making thick shakes.
Why I ask is machine not working……no we dont make them at this time of night……well why are you open.
So what IS YOUR POLICY….is it more like DONT WANT TO!!!!

Well 3 strikes and I'M DONE.
WILL NO LONGER GIVE MACCAS A ZAC. Will now meet else where. Won't be supporting Mcdonalds for ANYTHING CANCER APPEALS ,MCHAPPY DAY ,NOTHING , DIDDLY SQUAT.
If you dont want to serve then close your doors.
I have also come across this same issue with them. At a certain time they clean their machine and then claim that its broken. This has happened on at least 10 occasions with me!!!!
