My complaint:
I work close by the restaurant so I go there often on my 30 minute lunch break. Every visit there the service is slow and I have to push it to get back to work on time. And the sad part is that there are only a few cars in line ahead of me. I’ve worked fast food before at Chic fil a and the service is totally different and more friendly. For instance, I visited the store on 7182020 at 6:50 pm. There was no one in line and it took 10 minutes to get a 7 combo. To top it all off, when I got my food , my nuggets and fries were cold!!!!! Luckily, I didnt have time to turn around and go back.
Suggested solution:
Get new managers and employees!!!!!
