Complaint: Incorrect order, twice

My complaint:

Hi, I have just visited the drive thru in Bushey and found my order to be incorrect missing items, i had ordered 2x big tasty with bacon meal and 1x chicken select 5 pieces, the food was handed in a rather hurried fashion and the two bags felt a bit light so i stopped in the car park and checked the order where i found i only had received 1 big tasty meal. My wife headed back into the store where she was handed a big tasty meal, we then left and drove home approx 15mins where we found we only had 1 big tasty meal with bacon and 1 big tasty without bacon, the rest of the order was complete. i did not receive a receipt but the order came to £19.21 and was payed for via apple pay at 13.17hrs.
