My complaint:
on 090221 at 7:09pm, i went to the drive thru and ordered 1 mc double wcheese, 2 mc double wo cheese, 2 small fries and a vanilla shake. I had to ask for the order 4 times. there was so much loud talking and screaming in the back it was difficult to hear. i then drove to the pay window and she said i had no order! i gave it to her again, same back noise. next went to the pickup window, the girl came with a strawberry shake, i said no i ordered a vanilla. in a irritated way it was remade. all this and nose from in the cooking area was as if a screaming party was going on still. i asked for a bag for the shake and was told no, we dont do that. i got the rest of the order, checked it, and drove out very unhappy and surprised that your company would allow such disrespectful service.
Suggested solution:
fire at least 3 of the staff, but at least train them and reprimand then .
