My complaint:
Sat in outside drive thru. The worker acknowledged that I was there and told me on moment. Sat in line will only the cars in the inner line was being helped. I pulled up after 3 car went ahead of me and ordered at the window. Placed my order and payed got my receipt and it was rung up wrong. Line at a stand still again I’m sitting in between window 1 2 just to have to wait again for my order to be corrected smh
Suggested solution:
Staff training in customer service and pay attention to drive thru times and taking orders from both lanes fairly. Atleast get the order right read it back at the window before taking the money.
