My complaint:

On Sunday 15th November 2020 at approximately 15:45hrs I made an order with McDonalds via Just Eats. This order was especially special as it was my son’s birthday meal request.

The order arrived late, was cold, missing food items and missing toy. I tried to call the restaurant but to no avail. This is the second bad experience I have had with the Peckham branch. I hope it would be “second time lucky”, alas, this was not so. My son and family were very disappointed with the service and will not be ordering from this branch again.

I can provide proof of purchase, as transaction was done via PayPal.

The cost I incurred for the bad service I received was between £35-40. I wish to be compensated for the failings of McDonald’s Peckham Branch and receive a formal apology for the inadequate service provided.
