My complaint:
Bought from drive through for grand kids and wife, on route to livingstone. Drove off and wife handed out burgers and chips, while l drove to motor way. Turns out the burgers were lukewarm and the chips were stone cold , and l was on motorway. All the food was thrown back in the paper bag and dumped.Not in a habit of serving food cold in the house. Coffee was great.
Suggested solution:
Give staff a talking too. I'm not on habit of wasting money on cold food and l mean cold chips were disgusting.
