My complaint:

Good day
On Monday 07 September 2020 I visited Macdonald Paledi mall at around 16:00 pm I bought 2x big macs and 1x chilli chips which costs R129 I used my absa account to pay the meals. It was only debited on the 10 September 2020.Since that day I did not visited the restaurant. Surprisingly on the 12 September 2020 my account was debited again. Unfortunately my account had only R16. 00 it was debited, I deposited R13. 00 it was also debited . On Saturday the 12 September 2020 I went back to the restaurant they lady that helped told she will only help if I gave her my bank statement, even after I showed her the transaction on my statement.She was not friendly and they do have duplicate receipts, she didn’t even bother to check the transactions. The problem now is my account had negative R100 for Macdonald transaction, I cannot print the statement until I fund my account. And if I print the statement the is going to charge for statement, who is going to pay those charges? It might look too little but it’s a lot to me. What hurts me is that I must spend on someone’s mistake.
