My complaint:
The food me and my friend received was extremely disappointing when we were so hungry and we had to chuck it in the bin. The big mac we got and chips were really cold and I paid for bbq sauce as I think it really makes the McDonald’s and they forgot about them. I personally never order and I will not be ordering it again.
Suggested solution:
I am not sure how this can be solved as this experience has really made me view mcdonalds in a negative light
