My complaint:
This is for the manager at the Medford store on Crater Lake Highway 11 21 20 7:03 a.m. your manager is absolutely rude when you come up to the drive-thru and she says what do you want abruptly rude talk behind people’s backs and laughs at them when they leave she’s not a very nice person came in today at 6:58 a.m. 11:22 20 guy at the window absolutely great what a difference the manager that usually wears all black golden blonde hair up in a ponytail I will never return while she’s there not McDonald’s material whatsoever
Suggested solution:
Talk to your manager that work the day of 11 21 20 morning shift.about changing the way she greets people and shoves your food at you then abruptly turns and walks away she is not a very nice person what so ever.once again I will never return with this manager and the rude attitude that she brings to me and other customers and the other employees that work there.
