My complaint:
I apologize for doing this, however I am seeing a trend with different eating establishments and I have always order with confidence from McAllister’s Deli and now the trend I have been seeing is happening at your restaurants. That trend is the staff not checking the complete order, my order tonight was missing some simple items such as as second macaroni and cheese and a pickle spear. I believe that the staff really needs to be told to check the orders and not rush at them, I understand about shortage of supplies and not enough workers but the ones who are working should be encouraged to do their very best on customer satisfaction. Thank You for you time.

Not sure, but think that the staff really needs to check and re-check by maybe a second person to make sure the orders are correct.
