My complaint:
Worst experience I’ve ever had at a mcalisters deli and I have been a dedicated patron for years! When ordering they had no spuds. So we ordered 2nd choices of choose 2 Cesar salad and broccoli soup, ham and cheese melt plain, kids applesauce and Mac and cheese, side of steamed broccoli and a nacho basket. The nacho cheese was almost solid and gritty and almost brown rather than orange and fresh. The ham melt was not plain and The side of fruit was mushy and not edible. The salad lettuce was not fresh. The Tea was good thankfully but what a waste of money, $41.27 to be exact. Probably will not return.
Suggested solution:
Serve food that is worth the prices now being charged. But a refund would be a nice starting place.
