My complaint:
I had contacted the McAllister store location about my order that I had picked up. I had called back and asked did the store have any bacon and jalapeño pepper because I understand that they do run out of products sometimes after talking to the manager Michael he said they had it and that I could bring my spud back to the store of course I was back at work which is a 20 minute drive to the location I felt as though I should have been offered to come in at a later time to get another spud but that didn’t happen
Suggested solution:
Offered a spud later on or ask did I wanted a refund
