My complaint:
I ordered two sandwiches to go gave specific instructions for bread , etc . When we got them home , the order was reversed, the bread and condiments were wrong . Called the store (14 minutes from me ) , the manager was rude and said I made them myself can’t be wrong , by the way the baguette was stale and old , He acted like it was our fault the girl wrote the wrong order down. The Turkey on the club was shredded and thrown on . I didn’t go back but I will never visit this place again . Used to be nice not so much anymore.
Suggested solution:
They told me I could come down and have them remade but it is almost 15 minutes from my home not worth the trip back . I would have thought an apology and maybe a free sandwich since they messed up the order .
