My complaint:
Really wanted a baked potato been at the hospital all morning visiting. I asked if the potatoes were fresh if not I will go somewhere else . He checked and said yes . I ordered with cheese and extra sour cream. Also a large drink as I want to take it with me but have to make sure it’s good before I leave because of the one time I did eat there it was awful. So I get it and it’s very dried out but I attempted to try it had 3 bites cheese off one side with very little potato because it wasn’t very good and dried out no extra sour cream not even one little cup about 13 little cup so I decided to take it back get a refund so I could at least maybe go get something as I’m famished . Instead an older lady said how can I help you I said I want a refund and handed her my receipt. She insisted I ate half of it definitely not the case at all ! You can see I was a visitor at the hospital still had sticker on me . So manager refunded just the potato not the cheese or the 3.50$ drink still full . Whatever I’m about ready to cry and this employee is still running her mouth about me eating half of it which is an absolute lie . Her manager told her to stay out of it and she continued at this point I told them I have been at the hospital where my mother is dying and I just wanted a fresh potato and asked before I ordered! She continued to keep running her mouth . I will never eat there again . As this was my second attempt to give them a second chance . I’m still very hungry with a liquid gold soda for my breakfast lunch and dinner it seems . I have money to buy whatever I want just wanted a potato that I didn’t have to wait 2 hours to cook ! Thanks for making my day worse . To the little older say 60-70 year old rude employee!
Suggested solution:
They should figure that out themselves as I don’t live close I don’t eat meat and they can’t seem to tell you if the potatoes they have are fresh or not . They just check and then tell you it is . Most people eat a sandwich or salad with a half potato or something. I do not want to go back the employee was the worst I have experienced since 2020 . I was a simple potato with cheese and extra sour cream and a large coke to go after I check the potato out .
