My complaint:
I have an item to return as it is too small.
The online contact telephone number states when calling (telephone number unavailable at this time)
I have completed the online return form to generate a return label 4 times.
Label has not been sent by e Mail. I have explained this in the e Mail.
4 times over 4 days. No reply to my issue.
It is impossible to speak or
Suggested solution:
Send me a return label for me to return the item.
The company states.... (Returns are quick and easy to arrange). They are not.
