My complaint:
I purchased a skirt for $310.86 on 02152018 at the Max Mara Outlet store at Woodbury Commons, NY. The 3rd time I wore it the material shredded at the front skirt slit. I contacted Max Mara and provided proof of purchase and photos. After a week, they said they could not help me as it was purchased at the outlet. The outlet store has no email and phone calls are placed on hold for excessive time periods. It is located over an hour from my home.
Suggested solution:
A repair, replacement or refund of the skirt.
