My complaint:

Hello

on the 26th of December I have placed an order and up to today the 15th of January 2024 I haven’t received anything and what it’s outrageous is the fact that no one from the company, costumer service or any other department, sent me anything to advise me about the delay
I had to call them each single time to receive an update
The costumer service provided an awful service, no one was able to tell me where my order was or why it was taking such a long delay
They lied to me every time I called because each one provided me different excuses, promising me to receive an email which I never did
I am absolutely speechless for the lack and bad service received
Never again I will purchase something through their website
