My complaint:
My credit card was stolen today. It had 4 unauthorized transaction.
172.1 USD @ Dior.com (Reversed)
Transaction for 2100.64 (Declined)
Transaction for 218.26 USD (Reversed)
Transaction for USD 268.02 (Not declined or Reversed)
I did not authorize all these 4 transaction. I have blocked my card as soon as I noticed transactions. The last transaction of USD 268.02 must be refundedreversed also. I have just a limit of SR 51.75 remaining. USD 268.02 should be declined or reversed also. MY card is showing (-982.54)

Serbia calling. Last night, 3 unauthorized transactions were made using Master Card (early morning hours, 1-2 a.m). The first one on 500 din, other two on 100.000 din (200.000 total), which is just under 2000EUR. Today, after we saw the sms’s sent by the bank, we declared criminal activity to the bank and police. The card was blocked and the transactions are still ‘reserved’.Also, we contcted the company which is assigned as receiver.
