Description
Upon arrival at Marhaba lounge and present my credit card, the customer service said that the system reject the card . Reason : the bank blocked the access to the lounge! I called the call center and explain to them the embarrassing situation, they did check and said that there is no error into the system
I asked the Lounge customer service to recheck since i used the card minutes before at Duty free shop
They did check on another screen and the reply was the same : The bank blocked your access to the lounge
Since I was with my family we used my son master card and paid DHS 246.75. Env to USD$ 71.21
Upon my return we made a complain to the Lounge HO, but there reply was the same: pls refer to your bank

I am here by requesting the bank to refund this amount and explain the reason why I have been facing such situation????

N.B. I made a complain at EL Rehab branch and attached copy of the payment receipt. copy of Lounge HO reply
