Mastercard complaint: POSTING OF PAYMENTS IS GETTING TO BE A PROBLEM, PROBABLY RESULTING IN LATE CHARGES.

My complaint:

I MAIL MY AMEX AND MASTER CARD PAYMENTS AS SOON AS I GET THE BILL. WE ARE NEVER LATE AND PAY IN FULL EACH TIME. FOR THE PREVIOUS PAYMENT DUE DEC 16, I MAILED IT A FULL 2 WEEKS BEFORE IT WAS DUE. THE CONFIRMATION OF THE AMEX PAYMENT WAS RECEIVED IN A WEEK. THE JUNIPER MASTER CARD PAYMENT CONFIRMATION WAS NOT RECEIVED UNTIL DEC 14.

FOR THE PAYMENT DUE JAN 16, I MAILED BOTH THE AMEX AND MASTER CARD ON DEC 26TH. I RECEIVED CONFIRMATION OF THE AMEX ON JAN 5. IT IS NOW JAN 15TH AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED CONFIRMATION OF THE MASTER CARD PAYMENT.

Suggested solution:

I AM CONCERNED THAT THEY ARE LETTING MAIL LAY AROUND AND NOT POSTING PAYMENTS, WHICH WILL RESULT IN LATE CHARGES. IF THIS OCCURS, PERHAPS WE SHOULD GET TOGETHER AND FILE A CLASS ACTION SUIT, NOT ONLY FOR THE LATE CHARGES FOR FOR ADDITIONAL STRESS AND FRUSTRATION DURING THESE CRAPPY COVID TIMES.
