My complaint:

Lost card and cannot get it reported to Mastercard as they are asking for information I do not have: ie., Full Master card number. I only have last four digits, 3522. Who issued the card. I applied online and do not have that information. Full Social Security Number. I do not provide this over the phone. Only the last four digits: 0862. I have on charge on the card and at this point I want to pay it off and cancel the card. Mastercard customer service is a circus.
