My complaint:

As I type this, I have been on hold for 1 hour and 2.01 minutes. This is not uncommon and the first time I decided to share.

Suggested solution:

Stop the recording that states they are receiving higher than normal volume and honest state they do not care about good customer service and will answer the call when they feel like it.
