My complaint:
Recently I tried to use the card above to my total amount before going abroad this September, but using the code I still have, the bank machine would not accept it, that has had me puzzled, until, this morning I put the above web site up, and discovered they no longer traded. it also says on the back of the card that www.lykcard.com is reloadable. well that came back as a tricky site to enter, so I did not. but this card is issued by Mastercard so surely you have a responsibility to the consumer. I don’t think I will be doing this again. I would appreciate your advice, has my money gone? If you reply, thank you.

By being honest with the consumer for maybe being a little stupid and buying a pre-paid card to travel with, maybe just take your bank card with you, definitely will be doing this in September, You |Mastercard put your name on this card, so we as a consumer trust you.!
