My complaint:
I have been trying to use my Mastercard and I haven’t been able to, even though I have credit! The online store declares: WRONG SECURITY CODE. I contacted the bank, they claimed it was a systemic error and they sent me a new card and it turns out that it doesn’t work either! Continues to be refused with WRONG SECURITY CODE warning. Please help me. I don’t know who to turn to. You represent my last hope.
Suggested solution:
I just want my card to be able to be used as I have always used it.
