My complaint:
On 30th April by 3.13am, I got debit of 6,084.00 naira POS PURCHASE NETFLIX.COM 866-579-7172.
Same 30th April by 9.23am I got another and I was debited again 6,084.00 naira POS PURCHASE NETFLIX.COM AMSTERDAM.
That to me is double billing and I don’t know why it should be so.
Suggested solution:
I want a refund of the excess billing or it should be carried forward to the next month.
I also need to be notified of the action taken.
