My complaint:
I have been charged £287 for two fridge magnet in Jordan .
I used my MasterCard which I thought would give me cover against fraud but newday (Aqua) have said I should contact you for a credit card adjustment.
Suggested solution:
I would like the money that’s been stolen re credited to my account please.
