Dear Responsable the date of 29th January I have transferred money from my Account Mastercard card of Kuwait Finance House to Madagascar mobile orange money., the beneficiary didn’t receive the money and Mastercard and the other bank didn’t notice me about refund or to notice about any situation. I come by this message to ask a help about this transaction. Thanks
