My complaint:
I bought a pant from new collection in May 2023 , the first time i wore the pants it all got ripped, i went to the store and they said to talk in the chat at the app, when i raised my concer at the chat they said they will get back to me but they just ignore me and ask me what do i want every time i ask?!!!
Suggested solution:
First they need to reply , second how come i pay this much for pants and it get ripped with one wear!! I always buy from massimo this is a first
