I ordered two jackets and one shoe on the 25th of November on Black Friday.
The 2 jackets were separated and were delivered first.
I was waiting for the shoes to be delivered, but on the 2nd of December, I got an email that said that I ordered a refund, which is not correct, I never did.
Can you advise me on what to do in this situation?
Suggested solution:
They should send the shoes to my location as it was intended to.
