Massage Envy complaint: Don’t Patronize Not Honest

My complaint:

Visited on 03262022 to redeem my gift card for a facial and a massage.
No grace period if you are a couple minutes late they keep your credit card on file. The associate was late getting to me because of her previous customer, she was rude and told me that she will be deducting 5mins from my time I told her she was late getting me so how will I be compensated I did not feel comfortable with this person performing a facial on me because of her manner. They charged my card because of a cancel in the office fee. I asked so I’m late and I’m penalized but the associate is late and its ok. I did stay for my massage which was wonderful. I would not advise anyone to patronize Massage Envy the are crooked and not customer service oriented. My intentions were to open a membership but after my experience I would not recommend them to anyone . Warning they are not a good company to deal with .

Suggested solution:

refund my fee of 57.20 and provide the employees with customer service training
