Marshalls complaint: Paying attention is part of the job

My complaint:

On 9/4 I was charged twice for one item I had to travel back 10 miles to correct it
The workers were flat out rude telling me sometimes it overcharged happen.. 5 employees and they all stared as if I was in the wrong . Train these employees better

Suggested solution:

Train the employees better if they are over charging customers the are certainly under charging them.. it’s theft either way
