My complaint:
I returned some online purchase made via PayPal. The store issued me a card with store credit on 7/31/2023 for $100.56. When I come back on 8/8/2023, they said the card has zero balance. And the card is not the one the cashier gave me due to different ending number. They called the corporate and check on both store credit cards balance. The one I have has zero the whole time. The other one though had balance but was spent on 8/2/2023. The only possibility is the cashier who intentionally gave an empty card and stole the one has credit. I requested to see camera for 7/31: who is the cashier and 8/2 to see who spent this. They refused. I’m going to file a police report to request camera access.
Suggested solution:
Return my cash and compensate with same amount for my lost time and frustration.
