My complaint:
Card was charge without my express written consent authorization.
I called and complained they claim i made a reservation and i never showed up
i demanded proof a reservation was made since i found no indication on my account of a pending , current or future reservation which was warrant a charge on my CC Marriot never furnished this To top it all off my Credit card company is indicating the card was Manually keyed in????
Suggested solution:
100% refund of funds and investigation into who made the reservation
and if this is identity theft related
