My complaint:

Absurd, ridiculous, totally unjustifable. Billed after we lefy ! No appropriate signage. No attempt to inform us. Just a piece of scrap paper on our windshield after check out.

More than 20 emails to complain – totally ignored. And Customer Disservice ? Treated like trailer trash and given the bums rush.

This is not just about the money. Such unethical, greed-driven, customer distasteful is a blight on the entire industry.

Suggested solution:

TOTAL REFUND. NOTHING LESS. I HAVE WASTED WEEKS TRYING TO GET ANY REASONABLE RESPONSE.
