Marriott complaint: no call back about left item in room from Housekeeping

My complaint:

I left garment bag in room 319 July 21,2022. I called housekeeping
the next day and describe what was left, the closet door to room was all a mirror and I forgot it was a closet. Once I realized I called Marriott to make sure housekeeper found it. The lady said she would call me back. No call for two days. I called back Marriott asked for security and no one there. I ask for Manager no one there. after 3 calls . no response. I had several things in the bag. A phone call to verify that that room was checked or if belongings are held would of been nice. We have been owners of Marriott before and bonvoy account under Paul Frederick, We were visiting a granddaughter. Would like some communication.

Suggested solution:

like a call back . Check to see if cleaning person did check closet. If turned in or not.
