My complaint:
All of these Royal Farms stores cant enter the coupon in their register. It takes my other coupons but not the one for $8 off either 4 pks or a carton coupon. I save my points just for the coupons seeing how much cigarettes are. And then I cant use them and then they expire and not only did I not get a discount but my points were wasted. I have complained once already about this exact issue and they took my coupon one time and then never again .
Suggested solution:
I would like for someone from Marlboro to call royal farm stores and figure out why it's not working and help them fix the problem. So I can use my coupons. Camp Meade rd, Washington blvd arbutus md, Patapsco ave Baltimore md and Ritchie hwy glen burnie md. All of these are ones that wont take my coupon. And when I use my mobile coupon the register will only give me a $1 or .50 cents not the full discount of $1.50 off 2 pks. That needs to be fixed also
