My complaint:
I bought 2 cartons of Marlboro Menthol Bold Ice and both cartons there were broken packs of cigarettes and the filters were not even attached to some of them ( where it says Marlboro ) they burned all messed up also I’ve never really had much problem with Marlboro I’ve been smoking them since I was 16 so I would like something done now being I spent 115$ on 2 cartons
Suggested solution:
Reimbursement, of funds or send me free cartons coupons and hope I can actually get a good pack out of the cartons I use them on thank you
